Job Overview
The Senior Accountant will take charge of accounting, financial management, taxation, inventory oversight, procurement processes, and comprehensive reporting within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle multiple ERPNext modules such as Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Stock, Asset Management, GST configuration, and financial reporting tasks.
- Ensure precision in transaction entries, reconciliation activities, and adherence to statutory requirements by leveraging ERPNext workflows and controls.
- Support auditing procedures, conduct financial evaluations, and implement process enhancements to boost operational productivity.
- Lead the finalization of accounts along with overseeing GST compliance, tax-related matters, TDS submissions, and all corporate tax obligations.
- Supervise accounting and finance operations to guarantee faithful financial disclosures and comply with statutory norms.
- Timely complete the filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns, and maintain all records to meet regulatory demands.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address discrepancies involving accounts payable, receivable, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and scrutinize budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial statements to aid managerial decision-making.
