Senior Account Manager - IT Staffing & Managed Services

About the Role

This role involves managing and expanding enterprise-level client accounts specifically within the IT Staffing and Managed Services sectors. The Senior Account Manager will be integral in fostering and maintaining durable client partnerships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and working closely with internal teams to fulfill service commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise and client accounts within the IT Staffing & Managed Services domain.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure exceptional satisfaction levels.
• Liaise with recruitment and delivery teams to guarantee prompt closure of positions and efficient resource deployment.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and discovering new business avenues.
• Manage client escalations, conduct service reviews, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to deliver seamless services.
