Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Account Executive focused on marketing accounts. The role centers on client servicing, sales support, and the coordination of marketing delivery against client goals. You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager to keep accounts running smoothly, ensuring tasks, timelines, follow-ups, and client communications are handled with accuracy and consistency. The position is execution-heavy and requires strong ownership of daily coordination, internal follow-through, and client-facing support.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, managing regular communications, requests, and follow-ups on behalf of the Senior Account Manager.
  • Join client meetings, record key discussion points and action items, and make sure every follow-up is tracked through to completion.
  • Translate client feedback clearly to internal teams so that expectations remain aligned with final output.
  • Spot issues, risks, or scope changes early and escalate them to the Senior Account Manager with suggested solutions.
  • Coordinate deliverables across content, creative, social media, SEO, PR, and web teams to keep work on schedule and on brief.
  • Maintain project timelines, assignments, and deadlines in ClickUp, ensuring boards and task status are always current.
  • Prepare kick-off documents, creative briefs, and task breakdowns for new campaigns and projects.
  • Follow up with internal teams on pending actions and highlight delays or bottlenecks to the Senior Account Manager.
  • Create presentations, proposals, and pitch decks to support meetings and business reviews.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports by gathering data from relevant platforms and structuring insights for client review.
  • Support RFQ and tender submissions by organizing supporting documents, case studies, and pricing details.
  • Keep client records well organized, including contracts, briefs, brand guidelines, and approval trails.
  • Review client-facing materials such as social posts, designs, copy, and reports before they go for final approval.
  • Check that all outputs follow the client’s brand rules, agreed strategy, and YAZ Media’s quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain a deliverable tracker so nothing is overlooked across multiple accounts.
  • Arrange client meeting schedules, agendas, and logistics for the Senior Account Manager.
  • Support new client onboarding by preparing welcome materials, access arrangements, and introductory resources.
  • Assist with supplier coordination when needed, including communication with printing, production, or other third-party vendors.
  • Help refine and maintain internal SOPs and account servicing workflows.

Requirements

  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in account coordination, account executive, or client services roles within a digital marketing, media, or advertising agency.
  • Strong planning and follow-through abilities, with the capacity to manage several accounts and deadlines at the same time.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; Arabic fluency is a strong plus.
  • Practical experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services, including social media, content production, SEO, and PR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing client-facing materials and documentation.
  • Prior exposure to government or semi-government clients in the UAE is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tender and RFQ processes for Dubai government entities is an advantage.
  • Experience in the UAE media and marketing environment is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is desirable.
  • Experience assisting with proposal development and pitch preparation is a plus.
