Overview
Everbridge is looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to expand the adoption of our Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) solutions within the UAE and GCC regions. The role demands deep expertise in enterprise security technology sales, particularly in delivering integrated security solutions to sectors such as government, critical infrastructure, transportation, smart cities, utilities, oil & gas, and large enterprises.
This is a fully remote position based in Dubai, focusing on safeguarding people and maintaining operational continuity during critical events. Our Critical Event Management platform supports enterprises, governments, healthcare institutions, financial bodies, and public safety organizations worldwide to execute dependable, mission-critical services at pivotal moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the target customer base, product offerings, and competitor landscape.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage multiple decision-makers within client organizations effectively.
- Apply a consultative, solution-oriented sales methodology throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales colleagues to implement targeted campaigns.
- Surpass individual sales targets and quarterly booking goals.
- Manage client data and sales forecasts accurately via Salesforce.com.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience in SaaS or hosted software targeting commercial clients.
- Proven track record selling to large commercial enterprises.
- Experience in sales of products related to major incident management, cybersecurity operations, infrastructure operations, DevOps, or customer support operations.
- Training or background in consultative or solution selling techniques.
- Strong skills in blueprinting, consulting, and solution mapping.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality with measurable success in achieving targets.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Knowledge of MEDDIC, Sandler Selling, SPIN Selling, or Solution Selling methodologies is beneficial.
