Role overview

A globally recognised SaaS company based in Sydney is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join its high-performing commercial team. The business has a strong presence across Australia and an expanding international footprint, and it supports professional services firms with software that helps them operate and grow more effectively.

This opportunity sits at an exciting stage of growth for the organisation. The successful hire will own the end-to-end sales process, work across mid-market and large SME accounts throughout ANZ, and focus on winning new business through a structured and consultative approach.

The package on offer can reach up to $250K OTE, with uncapped earning potential.

What you'll do

  • Take responsibility for the complete sales journey, from first outreach through to final conversion
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline that supports revenue goals
  • Run a methodical, consultative sales process tailored to each opportunity
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers in professional services organisations
  • Drive outbound prospecting while also working incoming and partner-sourced opportunities
  • Keep forecasting accurate and maintain high-quality CRM records
  • Help reinforce a results-driven and accountable sales environment
