Senior Account Director

Role Overview

This position for a Senior Account Director is part-time with a hybrid work arrangement based in Abu Dhabi, allowing some work from home flexibility. The main focus is managing key client accounts to ensure outstanding service quality, proactive engagement, and strategic support aligned with client business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead account planning activities and coordinate project schedules.
• Manage budgets and evaluate performance against agreed targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, set project priorities, and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and assist sales operations through proposals and presentations.
• Mentor and guide team members to promote consistent quality and excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in account management including client relationship development and strategic planning.
• Experience successfully leading teams and fostering talent growth.
• Demonstrated sales skills with a history of upselling, cross-selling, and supporting revenue increase.
• Strong project management abilities covering planning, risk management, and timely delivery of complex projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of influencing senior stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Analytical thinker using data to drive decisions and improve account outcomes.
• Previous senior client-facing experience in sectors such as professional services, marketing, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related area. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Capability to manage responsibilities effectively in a hybrid work setting in Abu Dhabi.
