Position Overview

We are seeking Security Officers with strong situational awareness, observational capabilities, excellent communication, and sound decision-making skills. The role includes site patrols, incident investigation, report preparation, and defensive driving. Comprehensive training is provided by Pacific Security.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and defensively while patrolling client locations.
• Protect and monitor assigned sites ensuring security compliance.
• Conduct thorough incident investigations and maintain accurate reports.
• Fulfill all client-specific requirements during patrol duties.
• Engage professionally with the public and stakeholders.
• Manage and de-escalate confrontations effectively.
• Work independently and collaborate within a team environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 23 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid Washington state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Successfully pass a drug screening including marijuana testing.
• Clear Department of Licensing background verification.
