Security Officer – Monday to Friday (Days Only)

Securitas UK is hiring an experienced Security Officer for a high-profile, secure site in Rochester, Kent (ME1 2XX). This is a full-time, daytime position offering Monday-to-Friday working only, a stable schedule, and a strong hourly rate. What the Job Involves

• Maintain a safe, secure, and well-controlled site environment.
• Carry out routine patrols and stay alert throughout the shift.
• Manage access for employees and visitors in a courteous, professional way.
• Handle incidents calmly, using good judgement and appropriate action.
• Represent the site as a reliable and trusted security presence.

What the Employer Is Looking For

• A valid SIA licence is required.
• Prior experience in the security industry is needed.
• You must be able to obtain SC (Security Clearance).
• A 5-year checkable work history is mandatory.
• Applicants must either be British citizens by birth or have held a British passport for at least 5 years.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure are important.
• You should be dependable, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of your duties.

Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday schedule only, with no weekend shifts.
• Day shifts run from 07:00 to 17:00.
• Total working time is 50 hours per week.
• The role is based onsite in Rochester, Kent.
