Key Responsibilities

• Implement and adhere to all operational security protocols within the hotel premises.
• Manage and oversee security of all contractors, suppliers, and vendors operating on property.
• Deliver professional and courteous interactions with guests, staff, vendors, and suppliers alike.
• Keep security and senior hotel management informed daily regarding all security-related matters.
• Secure all guest and staff areas against unauthorized entry or intrusion.
• Handle incidents and emergencies with sensitivity and professionalism, especially in charged situations such as theft allegations.
• Conduct thorough investigations and follow-ups related to security incidents as directed by the Security Manager.
• Perform formal searches of employees, locker rooms, and work areas as required by hotel management, ensuring HR presence as a witness and respecting presumption of innocence.
• Participate in all scheduled security training sessions to maintain competence.
• Attend daily briefings and maintain readiness with necessary information and equipment for assigned duties.
