Key Responsibilities

• Implement and adhere to all security and safety procedures, including emergency and crisis management as well as evacuation protocols.
• Maintain a strong guest service focus, ensuring customers feel safe and valued throughout their visit.
• Utilize your SIA licence to uphold hotel security standards efficiently.
• Innovate and contribute proactively to safety measures and protocols.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence is mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of security practices and emergency procedures, especially relevant to hotel environments.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage courteously with guests.
• Enthusiastic, forward-thinking approach to security within a hospitality context.
