Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols by walking or driving within assigned areas to inspect doors, windows, and access points.
- Manage access control by verifying identification badges, greeting visitors, and preventing unauthorized entry.
- Monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems to detect unusual or unlawful activity.
- Respond quickly to emergencies such as fires, medical situations, or suspicious incidents, and contact emergency services as needed.
- Document daily occurrences, accidents, and property incidents thoroughly in written reports.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or an equivalent educational level.
- Possession of a valid local security license or guard authorization.
- Physical capability to remain standing or walking for long periods while maintaining alertness.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with people and composing reports.
- Ability to keep calm and make sound decisions under stressful or emergency conditions.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Basic first aid knowledge will be considered an advantage.
