Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols by walking or driving within assigned areas to inspect doors, windows, and access points.
Manage access control by verifying identification badges, greeting visitors, and preventing unauthorized entry.
Monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems to detect unusual or unlawful activity.
Respond quickly to emergencies such as fires, medical situations, or suspicious incidents, and contact emergency services as needed.
Document daily occurrences, accidents, and property incidents thoroughly in written reports.

Required Qualifications

Completion of high school or an equivalent educational level.
Possession of a valid local security license or guard authorization.
Physical capability to remain standing or walking for long periods while maintaining alertness.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with people and composing reports.
Ability to keep calm and make sound decisions under stressful or emergency conditions.

Additional Preferred Skills

Basic first aid knowledge will be considered an advantage.
