Security Guard

Job Overview

This role entails maintaining strict control over entry and exit at the factory premises to safeguard company assets. The security guard will be responsible for monitoring employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering and leaving the site, ensuring all safety protocols are observed.

Primary Duties

• Manage access control at the main entrance of the factory.
• Inspect individuals and vehicles including raw materials and finished goods transport for authorization and proper documentation.
• Maintain visitor logs and gate passes accurately.
• Conduct routine patrolling within the factory to deter theft and unauthorized access.
• Promptly report any theft, suspicious activity, accidents, or fire incidents.
• Ensure proper communication during security shift handovers.
• Assist security teams with CCTV monitoring.
• Protect company property and assets diligently.
• Follow fire safety, evacuation, and emergency response procedures when required.
• Adhere strictly to disciplinary standards, safety regulations, and company security policies.
• Perform additional security responsibilities as directed by management or security supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education: 8th or 10th grade preferred.
• Between 1 to 3 years of security experience, preferably in factory or textile sectors.
• Physically healthy and alert with good observation skills.
• Capable of working night shifts and shift duties.
• Basic reading and writing abilities are necessary.
• Effective communication skills are important for interactions and reporting.
