Job Details

This is a part-time position with 80-140 hours per month, requiring availability Monday to Sunday and on public holidays, working both day and night shifts across various schedules.

Responsibilities

• Proactively protect properties through preventative actions at various posts with diverse tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
• Conduct regular patrols, including interior and exterior checks and locking services.
• Initiate appropriate measures during incidents such as burglaries, damages, or vandalism.
• Perform reception and gatehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Possess at least the IHK-certified knowledge according to § 34a GewO.
• Demonstrate very good German and English language skills (minimum B2 level) in both spoken and written forms.
• Be willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a high standard of individual and excellent service.
• Exhibit empathy and the ability to enforce guidelines effectively.
• Remain calm under pressure.
• Hold a first aid certification.
• Have been a resident of Germany for at least 5 years.
• Have no prior convictions or relevant entries in the criminal record.

Additional Information

We offer fair pay according to the BDSW collective agreement, starting at €15.15/h, with additional tax-free allowances for night (10%), Sunday (25%), and public holiday (50%) work.
