About the Role

We are seeking a Secretary / Executive Assistant to join a manufacturing company located in Kamarhati, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of prior experience as an executive assistant and possess strong communication skills along with expertise in advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assistance to the Managing Director of the company.
  • Prepare and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports.
  • Handle travel bookings and coordinate logistics efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and organize meetings effectively.

Eligibility and Qualifications

  • Any graduate degree is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge and usage of advanced Excel functions.

Additional Information

The job location is at Kamarhati, Kolkata.

Salary is negotiable up to 35,000 INR per month.
