Overview

Join our team to support high volume mail and package delivery in Oy-Mittelberg during the busy winter season! This temporary full-time position runs from October 2026 through January 2027.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage of 18.50 EUR under collective agreement, which includes 50% Christmas bonus and a regional labor market allowance
An additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November
Holiday pay up to 332 EUR
Option to start full-time (38.5 hours/week) from October 2026 through January 2027
Overtime compensation and extra pay for voluntary standby assignments available

Job Responsibilities

Deliver letters and package shipments using company-provided tools and equipment
Make deliveries five days a week, Monday through Saturday
Handle shipments generally under 10 kilograms
Utilize company vehicles, including fully electric vans, to complete deliveries

Candidate Requirements

Possess a valid driving license and the ability to operate a car
Communicate effectively in German
Be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Show dependability and a strong work ethic
Must be at least 18 years old
