The Maritime Hotel in Bantry, County Cork is excited to invite enthusiastic individuals to join our Restaurant & Bar team as Seasonal Food & Beverage Assistants. Role Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome, seat, and assist guests ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
- Accurately take orders and serve food and beverages, including cocktails.
- Assist in setting up, clearing, and maintaining tables throughout service.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to guarantee timely and correct order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stocking of restaurant and bar areas.
- Provide local insights and personal recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure consistently high service standards during all shifts, which include split shifts typical of busy seasonal hotel periods.
Candidate Requirements
- A positive, friendly, and customer-focused approach to work.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to work split shifts during demanding seasonal times.
