About the Role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a Seasonal Digital Marketing Analyst to join their Omni-channel team in New York City. This position is pivotal in assessing and enhancing the performance of CRM and Search channels, with a focus on driving decision-making through detailed data analysis across email, SMS, app, paid search, organic, and AI search platforms. The role involves leveraging tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI to discover key performance factors, uncover growth opportunities, and maximize ROI along with customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze CRM campaigns across channels including email, SMS, and app, inspecting segmentation, messaging effectiveness, engagement, and conversion paths.
  • Identify key drivers of customer retention, engagement, and revenue within CRM touchpoints.
  • Evaluate communication frequency and content quality to suggest targeting and messaging enhancements.
  • Assess paid search campaigns for keyword performance, bid strategies, landing page efficiency, and budget usage.
  • Examine organic search results to uncover keyword gaps, content opportunities, competitor trends, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Monitor AI Search trends to guide optimization around citation share.
  • Quantify how branded and non-branded search contribute to traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track user paths, attribution models, and conversion activities across channels.
  • Create tailored reports, dashboards, and audience segments to analyze channel interactions and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Apply advanced analytic capabilities including custom metrics and content grouping for deep business insights.
  • Examine CRM and search contributions within the total digital marketing mix to find opportunities for budget reallocation and enhanced channel collaboration.
  • Support design and evaluation of A/B testing and experiments to validate marketing strategies and measure their impact.
  • Offer data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance and increase marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, SEO, GEO, paid search, and other marketing divisions acting as a strategic analytical resource.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear action points for business stakeholders and marketing teams.
  • Participate in performance reviews, planning sessions, and strategic projects delivering evidence-based insights.

Candidate Profile

  • Deep knowledge of paid and organic search, keyword strategy, and SEO performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads and Google Search Console for analyzing paid and organic search trends.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Capability to link channel-level data to overarching business and marketing objectives.
  • Strong communication skills to present data insights effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with testing methodologies, campaign metrics, and digital marketing optimization.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, short and long-term disability coverage, multiple paid time off options, employee discounts and perks, plus two employer-contributed retirement plans.

Note: Some benefits may have restrictions for part-time staff.

Work Conditions

This position requires working onsite four days each week at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office situated in Midtown Manhattan.
