Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with the software development life cycle is needed, with less than 5 years of background.
• Strong communication ability, leadership skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence are important.
• Hands-on experience in an Agile Scrum setting, or solid familiarity with Agile methods, is expected.
• Experience working across multiple teams is required.
• The candidate should be genuinely motivated by work that improves consumer experiences over time.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in insurance operations is an advantage.
• Ability to create and manage technical documentation is preferred.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools is useful.
• Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Background in planning and overseeing large projects is a plus.
• Previous work in the health solutions sector is beneficial.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams is preferred.
