About the Role

VaxGap is dedicated to identifying and addressing significant vaccination gaps across Germany by developing targeted solutions. We seek a scientifically minded individual with a passion for research, critical evaluation of studies, and presenting medical evidence to reinforce our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of the latest studies related to vaccinations and immunization strategies.
  • Monitor emerging publications, potential vaccine candidates, and existing immunization shortfalls.
  • Systematically organize and summarize scientific findings.
  • Support the creation and scientific quality assurance of evidence-based content for newsletters, social media channels, and other communication platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently studying or experienced in fields such as Medicine, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in navigating and interpreting scientific literature.
  • Demonstrates methodical, precise, and autonomous work habits.
  • Excellent command of both German and English languages.
  • Strong interest in vaccinations, vaccine development, and improving immunization rates.

Benefits and Conditions

  • Fully remote working arrangement.
  • Flexible work hours ranging from 4 to 10 hours weekly.
  • Compensation of €25 per hour, with earnings up to €603 monthly under a Minijob arrangement or alternatively as a working student.
