Daily Responsibilities

• Ensure safe transportation of students to their destinations and school activities
• Supervise and assist students during boarding and disembarking, including help with seatbelts and mobility devices
• Maintain discipline on the bus to minimize distractions
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections focusing on brakes, lights, tires, and emergency exits
• Report mechanical problems promptly and maintain cleanliness inside the bus
• Adhere rigorously to all traffic rules and company safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with parents, school officials, and dispatch regarding student behavior and trip schedules
