About the role
Lifebulb is looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented Scheduling Specialist to support a growing mental health care team. In this role, you will help connect new clients with the right therapist, assist with care coordination, and provide administrative support that helps clients receive timely, high-quality services.
The organization is focused on creating a workplace where clinicians and administrative staff can feel engaged in their work while serving clients with care and professionalism.
What you'll do
- Take incoming calls from prospective clients who want to book an initial counseling appointment.
- Collect and document client demographics, billing details, and insurance information.
- Create new client records in an electronic medical records system.
- Match new clients with the most suitable counselor or therapist.
- Make outbound calls to handle scheduling-related needs for both new and existing clients.
- Work closely with therapists and support staff to resolve scheduling challenges.
- Maintain availability during the required shift window of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST.
