Role overview

Infosys is looking for a professional with expertise in Technology Infrastructure, specifically Batch Scheduler and CA Workload Automation, to support scheduling and file transfer activities. In this position, you will be part of the delivery team and contribute to design, development, validation, and support work that helps maintain strong service quality for clients.

What you will do

• Collect client requirements and technical specifications, then convert them into clear system requirements.
• Contribute to effort estimation so Technology Leads and Project Managers can plan work accurately.
• Support the creation of efficient programs and systems that align with client needs.
• Participate in design, development, validation, and support tasks across the solution lifecycle.

Skills and capabilities needed

• Strong understanding of design principles and architectural fundamentals.
• Exposure to performance engineering concepts.
• Working knowledge of quality processes and estimation methods.
• Basic familiarity with the relevant project domain.
• Ability to convert functional and non-functional needs into system requirements.
• Capability to design and develop complex programs.
• Ability to prepare test cases and test scenarios from specifications.
• Good grasp of SDLC and agile delivery methods.
• Awareness of current technology trends.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
