Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Scheduling Assistant plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy of data within our systems. We seek a meticulous and organized individual who can ensure precise time-sheet management and data integrity. This full-time, fully remote role requires availability Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Eligible candidates must reside within Arizona, California, Oregon, or Washington.

  • Examine and verify time-sheets for correctness and resolve discrepancies
  • Conduct periodic audits to confirm data accuracy
  • Address inconsistencies by liaising with data sources for clarification
  • Correct erroneous entries and review existing information
  • Prepare and filter data for aggregation and reporting processes
  • Handle support tickets originating from staff regarding the scheduling system

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of a High School diploma (Bachelor's degree advantageous)
  • Demonstrated speed and proficiency in data processing tasks
  • Excellent communication and effective time management capabilities
  • Prior experience in the medical or healthcare sector is beneficial but not essential

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $19.00. LEARN Behavioral provides a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, paid personal time off, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement options.
