Scheduler - VIC

About the role

ELGi Australia is expanding and seeks a well-organised Scheduler to help keep service operations across Victoria running smoothly. This position is based in Keysborough, Victoria, and suits someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, coordinating multiple moving parts, and delivering dependable customer and operational support within industrial and compressed air services.

In this role, you will be central to planning technician activity, organising service timelines, and making sure customers receive prompt and efficient assistance. Success in the position will depend on strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

You will work alongside service technicians, customers, and national operations teams to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction while contributing to the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and allocate service technicians across Victoria.
• Coordinate maintenance visits, breakdown call-outs, and installation schedules.
• Keep customers informed about service appointments and progress updates.
• Provide coordination support to service and operations teams on a daily basis.
• Track technician workloads and monitor job completion timeframes.
• Help ensure service work is completed efficiently and within planned schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams to support positive customer outcomes.
• Look for ways to improve scheduling workflows and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Prior experience in scheduling, coordination, administration, or service support.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and time management abilities.
• Confident verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Capability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive, practical, and solutions-oriented attitude.
• Exposure to industrial, mechanical, HVAC, compressed air, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail and the ability to keep work organised from the outset.
