Job Overview
Join us as a Scent Design Trainee, contributing creatively to the creation and launch of innovative fragrance themes, new technologies, consumer-driven solutions, ideas, and development processes. This position is located at our Scent Creative Center in Dubai.
About the Role
You will engage across various functions and teams to harness the emotional impact of scent through creativity, scientific understanding, consumer insights, and thoughtful fragrance design.
Key Qualifications
- Passionate about fragrances, consumer products, market trends, and innovation.
- Strong communication skills for sharing observations and collaborating effectively with teams.
- Curious and eager to learn about consumer preferences, fragrance technologies, and industry trends.
- Basic knowledge of market research and consumer insights, acquired academically or through internships.
- Analytical ability to examine information, identify trends, and assist in creating innovative solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks proactively and methodically.
- Positive team attitude with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Holds or is pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Perfumery, Chemistry, Consumer Science, Marketing, Product Development, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
