Role Overview

The company is hiring an experienced SAP WM professional to support warehouse management processes, improve operational efficiency, and work closely with business teams. The position requires strong knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management and the ability to align warehouse operations with broader SAP landscapes and external systems.

Location and Interview Details

This opportunity is based in Bangalore/Bengaluru, India. It is a walk-in hiring process conducted in person only. The walk-in date is 20 June 2026 and registration starts at 9:00 AM. Virtual interviews will not be arranged, so candidates should apply only if they can attend physically.

What the Role Involves

• Work with business stakeholders to understand warehouse requirements and translate them into SAP WM solutions.
• Configure SAP WM for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities.
• Improve warehouse processes and provide ongoing functional support.
• Coordinate integration with SAP MM, SD, and other related modules.
• Analyze business processes and gather requirements for system enhancements.
• Design and maintain warehouse structures such as storage types, bins, and sections.
• Support putaway, picking, packing, stock transfer, inventory management, and physical inventory activities.
• Handle transfer orders, transfer requirements, and posting changes.
• Work with IDocs, user exits, BADIs, and enhancements.
• Integrate SAP WM with external systems such as RF devices, automation tools, and middleware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WM-related issues through debugging and functional analysis.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams on implementation.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Required Profile

• 5 to 12 years of experience in SAP WM.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP WM configuration and warehouse process management.
• Practical experience with warehouse structure setup and inventory-related processes.
• Exposure to SAP integration points with MM, SD, and other enterprise modules.
• Ability to work with technical interfaces, enhancements, and debugging tasks.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination with technical teams.
