Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Treasury / Cash Management Consultant to join a leading enterprise client’s team. This role demands extensive functional knowledge of SAP Treasury modules, cash management, and related finance processes. The consultant will collaborate with treasury and finance teams to gather requirements, configure SAP solutions, and oversee implementation and support efforts to ensure effective treasury operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with business users to capture requirements related to treasury, cash management, and finance.
• Configure and maintain SAP Treasury, Cash Management, and TRM functionalities.
• Manage processes such as cash positioning, liquidity oversight, cash forecasting, bank procedures, and treasury operations.
• Assist in SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and provide ongoing production support.
• Integrate SAP Treasury functions with SAP FI/FICO and other SAP modules.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, configuration guides, test plans, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, customizations, and enhancements.
• Support user acceptance testing, issue resolution, cutover activities, go-live, hypercare, and post-launch support phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues promptly to support business continuity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders both internal and client-side to ensure smooth delivery and support.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise in SAP Treasury, SAP Cash Management, SAP TRM, or SAP GCM modules.
• Comprehensive understanding of treasury processes, banking operations, cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial instruments.
• Practical experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/FICO integration.
• Proficiency in configuration, system testing, documentation, and supporting production environments.
• Capability to translate business needs into effective SAP functional solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury or Cash Management modules.
• Familiarity with Bank Communication Management, In-House Cash, Electronic Bank Statement processing, Bank Reconciliation, Hedge Management, Market Risk, or Exposure Management.
• Background in implementation, rollout, migration, or global support projects.
• SAP certifications in Finance, Treasury, or S/4HANA considered a significant advantage.

Candidate Profile and Additional Details

The ideal professional is an SAP functional consultant with solid expertise in treasury, cash management, and related finance/banking processes. The candidate should independently manage configuration, documentation, testing, user support, client coordination, and problem resolution effectively.
