Job description
Position Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is organizing a walk-in recruitment event for experienced SAP SuccessFactors specialists. Candidates will play a key role in interpreting client business needs and translating them into precise technical configurations within the SAP SuccessFactors suite, specializing in Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
Walk-In Event Details
- Date: 25th July 2026 (Saturday)
- Registration Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Venue: TCS Centre SEZ, Infopark Kochi Phase 1, Infopark Kochi P.O, Kakkanad, Kochi - 682042, Kerala, India
- Documents to Carry: One updated resume copy, original and photocopy of Government ID proof, one passport-sized photograph
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding client business objectives to design and implement appropriate SuccessFactors technical configurations.
- Configuring Data Models to align with organizational requirements.
- Setting up Job Requisition templates and Candidate Profile parameters.
- Managing Application workflows and Offer Letter processes within the SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
Candidate Profile
- 5 to 13 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding implementation.
- Note: Applications from Testing or End User profiles will not be considered.
