About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Functional Consultant to implement SAP HCM solutions utilizing SAP HANA and S/4HANA technologies. You will work closely with clients, engaging in planning, execution, and support of projects to meet their HR system requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy SAP HCM solutions leveraging SAP HANA and S/4HANA platforms.
- Collaborate with clients throughout project lifecycle including planning, implementation, and ongoing support.
Key Qualifications
- Expertise in SAP HCM Core modules such as Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM integration.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to analyze and translate HR business needs into technical requirements.
- Relevant SAP EC certifications are highly preferred.
