Tano Digital Solutions is a forward-looking digital transformation company committed to helping organizations evolve through Industry 4.0. With established operations across Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mozambique, Kenya, Zambia, Malawi, the United Kingdom, and South Africa, the company delivers business technology services tailored to diverse markets. As a trusted technology partner, Tano focuses on creating customized solutions that help clients improve performance and grow sustainably.

Role Summary

The organization is looking for an experienced and highly motivated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead and support solution implementation, setup, and continuous improvement. This role involves partnering with internal and external stakeholders to improve HR workflows, resolve platform issues, and make sure the SuccessFactors environment is used effectively across the business.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will configure, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules while working closely with global HR, IT, and business teams. You will translate business needs into practical system designs and help shape scalable solutions that support HR operations.

You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining time management structures such as work schedules, time types, accrual rules, time valuation, and time recording. In addition, you will ensure that SuccessFactors integrates smoothly with Employee Central, payroll, and other external platforms where required.

The role includes supporting data migration through mapping, validation, and reconciliation of employee time-related information. You will participate in testing activities such as SIT and UAT, assist during go-live, troubleshoot issues, and deliver user training when needed. Ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for implemented modules will also form part of your work.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should bring strong analytical ability, sound consulting and problem-solving skills, and practical experience in mapping and improving business processes. You should be confident handling master data and related data tasks, and have experience with system integration and platform interoperability.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with a team-oriented approach. Experience in SAP implementation or upgrade projects will be considered an added advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

Additional Notes

All configurations and processes must align with local labour legislation, global policy requirements, and system governance standards. The role is based in Harare, Zimbabwe, and is a full-time onsite position.
