About the Role

Join Infosys as an SAP SD Technical Consultant based in Kolkata, India. In this role, you will work with client teams on quality assurance, issue handling, and delivering dependable technology solutions that support digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Act as part of the delivery team and work directly with clients to support quality, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into designs, review solutions and architecture, and help ensure the services delivered meet technical expectations.
• Contribute to project estimation, solution planning, technical risk assessment, and reviews of code as well as unit test plans.
• Guide team members toward clean, efficient, and high-quality deliverables while supporting knowledge sharing and adherence to company processes.
• Help build effective systems and programs that support clients through their digital transformation initiatives.

• Work with more than one technology where required.
• Apply fundamentals of architecture and design in solution work.
• Use testing tools and support testing activities.
• Operate within agile delivery methods.
• Understand the stages of development and maintenance project lifecycles.
• Use estimation approaches and quality processes with confidence.
• Bring basic business-domain understanding to interpret requirements correctly.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, technical capability, and communication skills.
• Show good understanding of both the technology stack and the business domain.
• Apply software quality assurance concepts, SOLID principles, and modeling methods.
• Stay aware of current technologies and industry trends.
• Use strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities.

Technical Requirements

The role calls for core SAP SD functional knowledge as the primary skill area, with preferred experience in SAP SD-related work.
