SAP PPQM Senior Associate / Manager / Senior Manager

Role Overview

PwC India is hiring SAP PPQM professionals for senior-level positions across Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore. This role is suited for candidates who can handle production planning and quality management processes within SAP and partner with business teams to improve operations.

Experience and Level

The opening is for Senior Associate, Manager, or Senior Manager level professionals with 4 to 15 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and tailor SAP PPQM solutions so they align with business needs.
• Review existing business workflows and suggest improvements using SAP PPQM capabilities.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to collect and document requirements for production planning and quality management.
• Create training materials and conduct user enablement sessions for SAP PPQM adoption.
• Provide issue resolution and end-user support for SAP PPQM-related problems.
• Maintain accurate and consistent data within the SAP environment for production planning and quality management.
• Track system behaviour and perform periodic reviews to spot improvement opportunities.
• Help connect SAP PPQM with other SAP components and external platforms.
• Support SAP upgrade initiatives and ensure business continuity during transitions.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on background in implementing the SAP PPQM module.
• Good understanding of production planning and quality management operations.
• Ability to study complex business processes and map them into SAP-based solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to handle several priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in PPQM or a related area.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of project management methods.
• Awareness of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization are eligible to apply.
