About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable SAP Joule Specialist to design, deploy, and enhance AI-driven SAP Joule capabilities within various SAP environments. The ideal candidate must possess direct experience working with SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), generative AI integrations, and core SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out SAP Joule use cases across multiple business units.
- Configure and integrate SAP Business AI and Joule functionalities with existing SAP applications.
- Develop AI-based business solutions employing SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, and SAP AI Launchpad tools.
- Work closely with business teams to spot automation possibilities and enhance operational efficiency using Joule.
- Integrate SAP Joule with external generative AI platforms and APIs when necessary.
- Build conversational AI systems, design prompts, and develop workflows to boost user interactions.
- Maintain adherence to AI governance, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Resolve issues and improve the performance of SAP Joule deployments and AI services.
- Generate technical documentation, establish best practices, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum four years of SAP experience, including at least one year with hands-on work in SAP Joule or SAP Business AI.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Joule architecture and its capabilities.
- Practical experience with SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and Generative AI Hub.
- Familiarity with SAP solutions like S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or other cloud-based SAP services.
- Proficient with REST APIs, AI system integrations, and conversational AI development.
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and generative AI concepts.
- Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or SAP CAP development is advantageous.
- Awareness of AI governance, security measures, and ethical AI applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in SAP BTP, SAP AI, or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience driving AI-fueled business transformation projects.
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar generative AI platforms integrated with SAP environments.
