Role overview
This position focuses on handling billing and invoicing activities within SAP IS-Utilities for utility services such as water, wastewater, and stormwater. The role requires careful transaction handling, coordination with internal stakeholders, and support for revenue-related processes and monthly billing analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Run end-to-end billing and invoicing operations in SAP IS-Utilities for water, wastewater, and stormwater utility services.
- Prepare customer invoices along with credit and debit notes with accuracy and within required timelines.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to investigate and resolve billing mismatches and improve revenue realization.
- Keep complete and accurate transaction records inside the SAP environment.
- Assist with monthly reporting related to billing performance and outcomes.
Desired profile
- Hands-on experience of 4 to 8 years in SAP ISU Billing functional work.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization.
- Good command over SAP ISU Billing functional concepts, including rates, operands, variants, rate categories, billing schema, price keys, and discounts.
