SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing and optimizing payroll processes within the SAP environment, specifically tailored to Saudi localization and integration requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Payroll Control Center (PCC) functionalities.
• Handle Wage Types including Processing Classes and Evaluation Classes schema and manage Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR).
• Ensure the accurate transfer of payroll results to downstream systems using Idocs.
• Facilitate effective integration between SuccessFactors (SF) and SAP Payroll as well as other external systems.
• Oversee Data Medium Exchange (DME) processes related to payroll.
• Apply hands-on experience working with Saudi localization payroll procedures along with managing Travel and Expense processes.
• Possess practical experience with Positive Time Management, which is considered advantageous.

Required Skills and Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll modules.
• Understanding of Wage Types schema and Personnel Calculation Rules.
• Familiarity with Payroll Control Center and Data Medium Exchange processes.
• Experience with integration between SAP Payroll and other systems including SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's payroll localization requirements.
• Experience managing Travel and Expense modules within SAP.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Positive Time Management implementation.
