Job Overview
We are actively seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to join our team immediately in Riyadh. The person in this role will be instrumental in the implementation, customization, and support of SAP HCM solutions. Working directly with clients, you will gather HR requirements, tailor SAP HCM configurations, and oversee the successful deployment of these modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of experience working with SAP HCM modules.
- Expertise in configuring SAP HCM areas such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Experience integrating SAP HCM with other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical aptitude and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Skill in handling several projects simultaneously and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Availability to join the team immediately.
