SAP FI/CO Consultant

Job Overview

YPPeople Kenya is seeking a knowledgeable SAP FI/CO Consultant to provide expert support for projects based in Portugal. This role requires working onsite at our Nairobi office and involves collaborating with international teams to deliver SAP FI/CO solutions.

Primary Duties

• Deliver functional support and project execution of SAP FI/CO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Gather comprehensive requirements from stakeholders and configure SAP FI/CO modules accordingly.
• Prepare detailed documentation to support system configurations and processes.
• Conduct system testing phases such as System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Train end-users to ensure efficient utilization of SAP FI/CO functionalities.
• Provide vital assistance during go-live and hypercare phases to ensure seamless project transitions.
• Engage with cross-border teams and stakeholders requiring coordination across time zones, particularly with Portugal.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years of practical experience working with SAP FI/CO modules.
• Strong analytical aptitude and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English for communication with international counterparts.
• Flexibility to work overlapping hours with Portugal timezone.
