Position Overview
Kellton Tech is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in Finance and Controlling modules to join our Hyderabad team. As a publicly listed global company with CMMI Level 5 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, we specialize in digital transformation solutions spanning strategy, consulting, digital, and technology services. We collaborate with diverse clients including startups, SMBs, and Fortune 500 companies to deliver meaningful business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess at least 10 years of experience working with SAP, specifically focusing on the Finance and Controlling modules.
- Effectively communicate with business stakeholders utilizing strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Lead two or more complete end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA Financials and Controlling modules.
- Manage multiple SAP engagements with integration across modules such as Quality Management, Materials Management, Production Planning, and Sales and Distribution.
- Oversee all aspects of integration and data migration activities within SAP projects.
- Maintain 2 to 5 years of domain experience relevant to industry-specific business processes.
- Serve as project lead on at least two initiatives, managing teams exceeding 15 members.
- Coordinate efforts between onsite and offshore teams and engage with key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
