Role Overview

This position focuses on SAP BusinessObjects reporting, analytics landscape management, and migration-related support. The role requires working across reporting tools, universe architecture, content ownership, security alignment, and data movement between source systems and reporting layers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the BO reporting environment, including universe design through IDT/UDT, Web Intelligence, Lumira, and Analysis for Office.
• Manage BO content separation activities such as universe segregation and migration of report ownership.
• Align the security framework for separated or carved-out entities.
• Plan and carry out analytics data migration activities.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation as part of migration work.
• Maintain consistency between source platforms such as ECC and S/4HANA and the BW/reporting layers.
• Work with tools and processes including SAP Data Services, BW Transport Management, and LVM for landscape transformation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects reporting components and universe design.
• Working knowledge of IDT and UDT.
• Experience with Web Intelligence, Lumira, and Analysis for Office.
• Ability to manage report ownership migration and content segregation tasks.
• Understanding of security model alignment for split or carved entities.
• Experience with data migration, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Familiarity with ECC, S/4HANA, BW objects, and reporting layers.
• Exposure to SAP Data Services, BW Transport Management, and Landscape Transformation tools.
