Job Overview

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a skilled SAP BODS Consultant to join their team in Pune. This role demands expertise in SAP Business Objects Data Services for data migration and quality assurance, coupled with integration across SAP and non-SAP systems. The candidate will contribute to significant data warehousing projects and lead delivery teams while operating in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage strong analytical and data warehousing skills using SAP Business Objects Data Services (version 4.0 and above) for effective data migration and quality management.
• Integrate SAP modules such as ECC, BW, and HANA with various non-SAP data sources efficiently.
• Apply hands-on knowledge of SAP BW on HANA, Native HANA, and SAP ECC functional domains including Finance (FI) and Order to Cash (OTC).
• Preferably possess familiarity with S/4HANA or BW/4HANA environments.
• Contribute expertise in data quality projects utilizing tools like Information Steward and Informatica Analyst.
• Participate in multiple large-scale SAP/ non-SAP data migration projects covering full SDLC phases: analysis, design, building, testing, and deployment.
• Lead and manage sizeable onsite and offshore teams ensuring accountability and delivery excellence.
• Operate effectively under tight delivery schedules adhering to agile methodologies.
• Develop complex jobs, workflows, data flows, and scripts using various transforms within integrator, quality, and platform layers to load data from diverse sources accurately.
