Role overview

As an Infoscion in the delivery team, you will work closely with clients to support quality assurance, resolve issues, and drive strong customer satisfaction. The position centers on SAP ABAP technical work within the Enterprise Package Application Services line.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client-facing point of contact for quality checks, issue handling, and maintaining a high level of service.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, evaluate architecture, and help ensure dependable service delivery.
• Contribute to project estimation, input solution details, assess technical risks, and review code as well as unit test plans.
• Support and mentor team members in delivering efficient, high-quality code while following internal standards and knowledge-sharing practices.
• Play an active part in building reliable systems that support client digital transformation goals.

• Ability to work across more than one technology stack.
• Understanding of architecture fundamentals and design principles.
• Familiarity with testing tools and quality processes.
• Comfort working in agile environments and across the project life cycle.
• Awareness of estimation approaches used in development and maintenance work.
• Basic business-domain understanding to interpret requirements correctly.
• Strong analytical thinking, solid technical ability, and good communication skills.
• Working knowledge of software quality assurance, SOLID principles, and modeling methods.
• Awareness of current technology trends.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities.

Educational requirements

Eligible educational backgrounds include B.E. in Engineering, BCA, B.Sc, M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. The role also specifies SAP technical capability, particularly SAP ABAP.

Applicants with a B.Sc in any specialization, B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization, or B.C.A. in any specialization can apply.
