Job description
Overview
Center Parcs is looking for seasonal characters to help bring Christmas to life at Longford Forest in Ballymahon, County Longford. The role focuses on creating cheerful, memorable moments for guests through festive entertainment, warm interaction and excellent service.
Pay is €14.35 per hour.
What you will do
- Greet guests and interact with them in Santa's Woodland Workshop and Winter Wonderland.
- Perform playful festive entertainment and character work to entertain children and families.
- Assist with seasonal experiences such as Santa's Greetings and Brunch with Santa.
- Help keep the atmosphere joyful and in line with the Christmas theme throughout the period.
Working pattern and contract
- This is a fixed-term position ending on 24 December 2026.
- Both full-time and part-time options are available, and the schedule is fully flexible.
- A guaranteed minimum number of hours will be offered across each 4-week period, with additional hours possible depending on business needs.
- The job includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Work on Sundays is paid at a premium rate.

Checks and other information
You will need to complete Garda vetting before starting, and support with this will be provided.
Longford Forest is not easily accessible by public transport, so applicants should check their route before applying.
