Job description
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills complemented by strong presentation abilities and a confident demeanor
- Capability to assert positions and strong negotiation skills
- Advanced technical knowledge
- Familiarity with the automotive product development lifecycle
- Experience using relevant tools such as project planning software, Jira, DOORS, SAP, and PLM systems
- Structured and well-organized approach to work
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the "System Sample Coordinator" within the System Engineering team
- Managing coordination of sample-related topics among the development team, sample workshop, and clients
- Handling client communications regarding sample deliveries
- Ensuring systematic monitoring and on-time delivery of samples
- Preparing and maintaining Product Release Notes for customer shipments
