Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Salon Receptionist and Social Media Coordinator based in Abu Dhabi. This position involves warmly welcoming clients, managing appointment bookings, responding to calls and messages, overseeing client check-ins and check-outs, and keeping the reception area tidy and organized. Additional duties include maintaining client records, supporting daily salon operations, and liaising with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.

As part of the role, you will create and publish content on social media platforms, interact with online inquiries, market salon services and promotions, and contribute to growing the brand's digital footprint in line with established guidelines. Punctuality, professional appearance, and courteous, efficient client service are key expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities to welcome clients, address inquiries, and manage issues professionally.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, performing basic administrative work, and familiarity with salon or booking software is highly desirable.
• Competence in social media content management including posting, caption writing, and simple photo/video editing on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a bonus.
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Abu Dhabi, exhibiting a professional manner, dependable time management, and keen attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and industry trends; previous experience in salon or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using messaging apps, email, and engaging customers online.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; supplementary studies in customer service or administration preferred.
