Role overview

This position is based in Aachen, is a permanent full-time role, and starts immediately.

What you will do

• Manage and further develop the existing international Salesforce environment, covering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Translate requirements from internal business teams into workable Salesforce solutions.
• Build and adjust Apex triggers and support more complex technical tasks.
• Create automation using Flows, validation rules, and process logic.
• Move changes safely between Salesforce environments.
• Build new reports and improve existing ones.
• Maintain clear and complete documentation within the Salesforce setup.

What we are looking for

• A completed technical degree or a relevant vocational qualification, such as application development specialist training.
• At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, especially with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce administration, including custom objects, flows, security, and reporting.
• Solid development skills in Apex, plus a basic understanding of Lightning Components / LWC.
• Experience with data migration, data models, and integrations; API and middleware exposure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with deployment workflows.
• A structured, solution-focused way of working with a strong sense of ownership.
• The ability to understand technical needs from a business perspective and implement them accordingly.
• Team-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working with cross-functional development teams.
• A practical, hands-on approach and a pragmatic attitude toward existing systems.
• Confident communication in an international environment.
• Interest in continuous learning and new Salesforce technologies.
