Sales Team Leader - Personal Loan & Overdraft

About the Company and Role

Fynnedge Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to oversee and drive sales for Personal Loan and Overdraft products. The position is based in Noida at A70, First Floor, Sector 2, near Sector 15 Metro Station.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and supervise a team of sales executives to ensure target achievements.
• Promote Personal Loan and Overdraft financial products effectively to meet sales goals.
• Track daily performance metrics of the team and take corrective actions as needed.
• Organize regular team meetings, training sessions, and evaluate individual and team progress.
• Support the team in converting leads and enhancing customer service interactions.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and banking regulations throughout sales processes.
• Generate detailed sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with higher management to refine sales strategies and boost overall team productivity.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally involving Personal Loans, Overdraft facilities, or similar banking products.
• Experience in managing and leading a sales team is preferred.
• Excellent leadership capabilities combined with strong communication and motivational skills.
• Commitment to targets driven by a problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
