Role Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking a proactive Team Leader for the Associate Consultant group. This leadership role involves overseeing a team of sales professionals focused on achieving sales objectives, enhancing customer experiences for our B2C clients, and driving the overall growth of Meydan Free Zone. The role requires coaching, guiding, and energizing the team while ensuring coordination with other departments to support the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently meet or exceed individual and collective sales objectives.
  • Offer continuous feedback and conduct regular performance appraisals, setting clear performance standards and maintaining accountability.
  • Track and analyze sales KPIs and metrics to spot improvement opportunities and assess team performance against targets.
  • Work alongside the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and effective sales approaches.
  • Identify training gaps and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team competencies.
  • Manage customer queries, concerns, and escalations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
  • Deliver monthly performance feedback to foster ongoing development.
  • Propose and implement improvements to processes and operational workflows within the B2C sales function.
  • Promote a culture of healthy competition and cooperation among team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in sales with a proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards peak performance.
  • Competent in analyzing sales data to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Language Proficiency

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
