Role overview
The Sales Support Executive will help run sales operations with a focus on accurate revenue tracking, timely settlement processes, and consistent service quality. The role supports growth across the wholesale services area by strengthening partnerships, improving sales channels, and spotting new business opportunities. Close coordination with RSPs and aggregators is an important part of maintaining service continuity and healthy working relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Handle sales operations tasks for wholesale billing reconciliation, settlement, and adjustments related to A2P SMS/RCS business.
- Assist with the rollout of new pricing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Provide technical sales support through user acceptance testing, business readiness testing, and performance reporting.
- Support customer service activities by resolving post-sales issues while meeting agreed KPIs.
- Use AI-enabled methods to streamline workflows and improve efficiency and productivity.
Skills and experience needed
- A diploma or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales operations.
- Finance basics are an advantage.
- Working familiarity with Singtel systems for manual billing and order provisioning.
- Working knowledge of telecommunications products such as broadband and SMS/RCS.
- Understanding of product development lifecycle management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling numerical data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
