Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Female Sales Executive / Sales Associate to join Meghdoot Fashion Jewellery at our Bengaluru location. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a retail jewellery store, assisting customers in selecting products, and support operations to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them in choosing appropriate jewellery items.
• Clearly communicate product details, prices, and available discounts or offers to customers.
• Keep product displays attractive and the showroom clean and organized.
• Handle billing procedures and process customer payments efficiently.
• Address customer questions and ensure high-quality service at all times.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with store staff for stock management.
• Assist in daily operations of the store while working towards meeting sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade pass, Pre-University Course (PUC), or any graduate degree.
• Strong communication abilities and aptitude for customer service.
• Previous experience in retail or jewellery sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
