Role Overview

The company is seeking an Agrochemical Sales Specialist for Zambia. This position is intended for someone eager to represent EASTCHEM in the local market and contribute to business growth in the country.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of agrochemical business activities in Zambia.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in multinational companies will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full consultative sales process for the company’s products, including local registration support, sample coordination, product introductions, analysis of customer challenges, client workshops, presentations, quotations, pricing discussions, negotiations, and other proposal-related sales tasks.
• Provide weekly progress updates to management on new developments in Zambia and escalate urgent or critical matters as they come up.
• Represent EASTCHEM at trade shows, industry gatherings, and association events, building recognition for the company across the sector.
• Handle additional duties connected to the role as needed.

Additional Information

The role is based in Lusaka Province, Zambia, and is a full-time onsite position.
